How it Works

Remote tech is simple safe and secure, you simply download a program onto your computer. That program gives you a specific ID and randomly generated password. You then give your ID and password to the technician. The tech will use those credentials to access your computer through that program. After you’re finished simply close down the program and no one has access to your computer anymore. The information traded between computers is safe and secured by encryption. It is also the most convenient and the quickest way to get help on your computer.
